Exercise Safely

At Whittens Physiotherapy Centre we will assess you and your condition and work with you to achieve your exercise goals. Whether you require pregnancy exercises, back, or neck rehabilitation exercises, we will design you a safe exercise program to get you back on track with your fitness.

As has been proven, exercise is essential for good health. No matter what stage of life you are at, whether you are pregnant and require specific pregnancy exercises, or have injured yourself and require an individually prescribed rehabilitation program, exercise remains important for both physical and mental health.

If you attend a gym and have an established gym program that you would like to discuss with us, we would be more than happy to advise you regarding this. If need be, we can modify your gym program based on your needs and progress you accordingly. We can also develop a home exercise program that you can do yourself at home, or simply set some goals for achieving regular and safe exercise.
