Your appointment time will take about 30 minutes. If it's your first appointment aim to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier so that you can fill in any paperwork.

Physiotherapists are university trained in the assessment and treatment of conditions affecting the muscles, bones and joints of the body. We will do a full assessment when we first see you then educate you about your problem and devise a treatment plan to help you with your recovery.

Every injury and problem will be different. Therefore after your assessment we will be able to give you an indication of how long your recovery will take.

No you do not need a referral to come and see us. If you do however have a referral please bring it with you and we will communicate with your referrer and let them know what we are doing to help you.
